Breakfast and other buffet meals throughout the day were great! Young staff were friendly and wanted to make sure my stay was good. I received a call prior to my arrival to ensure I was on the way to the hotel property.

"Disappointing"
our room was not ready upon arrival, finally we got room w/ 1 bed only, later staff bring mattress only as they didn't have bed frame anymore, I was sleeping on the floor !!! Do you really think that hotel of your category should put paying guests on the floor ? Horrible service and experience, will never stay there again and will not recommend this hotel.

We thought this was a great property - the family rooms are spacious and we had a great time. We had a large group and all accommodations were great.

The hotel is probably a good stopover in Arusha on the way through to Serengeti... For work however, it's comfortable (the room turned out to be an entire apartment) but pricey. Breakfast and dinner is ample buffet but uninspired.
